Through an initial assessment, we identify structural misalignments or weaknesses caused by over-tight muscles or fascia and use natural movements and muscle manipulation to free up restrictive scar tissue, align the body, increase blood flow and restore proper muscle function.
Neural Organization Technique (N.O.T.)
Neural Organization Technique resets your body’s nervous system programs so that it can return to its full potential. There are circuits and pathways in and on the surface of the body that allow it to function throughout life, much like a computer. When one receives a strong hit to the head or body, the nervous system programs can get neurologically dis-organized and health eventually diminishes.
Neural Organization Technique is a hands-on low force therapy that is completed in only a couple of sessions. Once completed the disorganization usually DOES NOT RETURN unless there is a new major trauma.
Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a noninvasive all-natural approach to health care. It concerns the relationship between structure and nervous system. Even the slightest misalignment of the spine can cause poor health or function of areas even far removed from the spine itself. Our Nutrition specialist also happens to be an amazing chef! Before you arrive you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire about your diet. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions don’t worry, she will prepare you delicious, fresh, gourmet meals while keeping in mind your specific needs.
